GREENHOUSE STUDIO RULES

You will receive your keys. We appreciate, if you inform us, what are your general plans, what you want to do and to see in Bratislava. We don't want to bother you during your holiday or business trip, but maybe we can help to adjust your plans so that you can take out maximum from your stay in Bratislava. Please note that wild drinking or loud parties in the greenhouse or nearby garden are strictly prohibited. Louder music after 10 pm is possible only by closed doors and windows.

Basic rules:

•         No smoking in the greenhouse, but smoking on the terrace or in the garden is fine.
•         Loud music after 10.00 pm only by closed doors and windows
•         No wild parties.
•         No outside visitors (even for 1 minute, unless if agreed in advance)
•         Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
•         If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
•         Pets are welcomed in the garden. Dogs can stay for 10 euros per night.
•         Check-in time is until 21h00, checkout time is 11h00 am. Later check-in or check out is a subject of additional charge of 10 euros per hour.
•         Return all keys. Knock on the window in the courtyard a give them to my father. I case, he is not there, leave them on the window´ sill there.
